Meriton Brisbane

Brisbane Meriton on Adelaide Street is a major CBD metro mixed-use apartment complex comprising 79 floors of residential, commercial and hotel.

Asset Economics were engaged by Soleil Body Corporate to develop and delivered a complex sinking-fund forecast comprising detailed survey and analysis of the internal and external building elements and plant and equipment services.

This project involved working with a diverse stakeholder group including Body Corporate Building maintenance and the Meriton Hotel Group with a key challenge of calculating shared responsibility of common areas to the satisfaction of the stakeholder group.

A detailed and robust forecast Sinking Fund cost forecast was delivered for a 15 year period satisfying all stakeholder interests and providing a guide for the financial management of the building into the future.
