What is a Sinking Fund Forecast?
A sinking fund forecast is a document often used for Strata Management services. The document estimates the likely spend of a sinking fund in order to keep a building running over a period of time. This tells the Body Corporate what to charge owners as part of their fees to ensure that the sinking fund will have enough to meet any regular expenses and to avoid levies being raised unexpectedly.
